We need a house! We’re looking on auctions, to get the best value for our/your dollar. (Especially since, we are non profit.) Now, we are realistic. And time to have the funds, may not be available. Within the timeframe, of this “particular deadline”. So, no pressure. However, if we don’t get this one, we will persue the next. Therefore, we will keep our eyes & ears open, optimistically. At some point, we should have collected enough money.  All in devine timing, for the right house at the right time. To accomplish our goal.
